This week's E-Learning Heroes Challenge was to:
Design a course starter template using design elements from restaurant menus.
For my challenge, I chose to create a fictional desert shop named Brownie Pointe (where it never hurts to be sweet). As a part of this course starter template, I created a cover slide, style guide, and templates for sliders, labeled graphics, content, quiz questions, and a scenario template (pictured to the right). From creating the name and logo for my fictional restaurant to publishing my work, the process took about six hours - even with stopping to make "chicken letters" (as opposed to dinosaur chicken nuggets which are apparently inferior) for my kids.
You can check out my work below, please feel free to leave a comment below with any thoughts.
